A beautiful photo of Shott House, taken during the 1990’s. One of the oldest houses in High Blantyre, it recently went through a spell of being the offices for Crossbasket Estate, but was again recently put up for sale. The grounds have got much smaller in recent decades following the building of adjacent modern homes.
Not too sure when this aerial photo was taken. It looks like Shott Farm and Shott House in High Blantyre. No surrounding houses, plant of wide open space. Could be the 1970s?
