On December 23, 1892, Blantyre celebrated a festive event at the Free Church, attended by children and adults as school holidays commenced. Rev James Campbell presided, and Mr. Hendrie presented captivating views of Blantyre, evoking applause. This raises curiosity about whether some of these historical photos were later featured in the Blantyre Project.
