John Duffy recently visited the Glasgow Central Underground tour and discovered an old railway board in a new museum under the station. The tour provides a behind-the-scenes experience of Glasgow’s iconic landmark, including subterranean passageways and historic railway vaults. Tour bookings can be made through the official website.
The Bellshill Bypass was under construction in 1967, viewed from Bogs Brae toward Orbiston, with the M74 Raith Interchange nearby. Although the area has changed significantly, both carriageways of the bypass are still in use today, with the Strathclyde Park caravan site now located on the right.
