Colin Duffy shared photos of a Grey heron at the Clyde, highlighting its hunting skills in Scottish waters. These herons are common and known for their patience while fishing. They nest in colonies called heronries, often in tall trees near water, returning to the same sites annually.
John Duffy recently visited the Glasgow Central Underground tour and discovered an old railway board in a new museum under the station. The Bellshill Bypass was under construction in 1967, viewed from Bogs Brae toward Orbiston, with the M74 Raith Interchange nearby. Although the area has changed significantly, both carriageways of the bypass are still in use today, with the Strathclyde Park caravan site now located on the right.
