This photo of High Blantyre Primary School is from 1955. Sent in by Jim Cochrane. Pictured with Mr Crawford are three sets of twins, something indeed special enough to prompt this photo. High Blantyre Primary School used to be on Hunthill Road and was formerly also called “The Annexe”.
Jim Cochrane sent in this photo which belongs to his mother, Janet Cochrane (nee Marshall). The year is 1955, the school is High Blantyre Primary. Janet has written all the names of the people in the photo.
