This flat triangular shaped plot of level grass is the site of former Greenhall Lodge in High Blantyre.

I took this photograph at end of January 2021 whilst out on a lockdown walk, to show how different the scene is now that the houses are built at Greenhall Village. Taken from the road inside the Park, behind the wall is the busy road down into High Blantyre. Out the photo to the left is the Eastern gate entrance to the park.

The lodge house was demolished in the late 1960s.
