A couple of photos next from 1983. Looking over to the north side of Glasgow Road is of course Devlin Grove. This building is now some 37 years old and was designed to provide some frontage back on to Glasgow Road after so much of it had been demolished.
Today, the front of this building is actually fairly well landscaped with established trees, that in another generations time is going to make Glasgow Road feel very green indeed!
