This picture shows extensive repairs being made to the Old Parish Church floor in High Blantyre, the church closed off for a time whilst work was underway.

Does anybody remember this? What decade did it happen, (80s?/90s?) or even better do you know the year or contractors? It looks like further insulating works took place too.

These beams were originally laid in 1863, meaning the ones that still exist today are now over 155 years old!
