Greenhall Tidy up?

Whilst out walking in July this year with my daughter, I couldn’t help noticing how neglected Greenhall was (again!). This park seems to go through real peaks and troughs of being kept and unkept.

This time however, it looked a real bit of a state, enough for me to “make the call” to South Lanarkshire Council. Within a few days, a tidy up took place all right, but bizarrely one that just cut and trimmed a small section of verge that allows access to the woodland paths. The rest of the park, including all the other overgrown verges were untouched for a few more weeks including the day after a freak July windy storm.
