This photo was recently sent to me from Jim Brown. He had been working on the Kilwinning lodge web site, when Pamela McMorran sent it to him. This is Livingstone Masonic Lodge Kilwinning 557, said to be before WW2. There are 1940s fashions going on in terms of dresses, hairstyles, and seeing fancy, patterned shoes styles too, I’m open to this also being into the early 1950s!

Catriona Paterson Ian Paterson yes but back in the 40’s lodge Livingston 599 was low Blantyre their original building was way a long Glasgow road got knocked down and a new lodge/club was built on Elm street and is now flats, lodge Blantyre Kilwinning 557 was in High Blantyre.
