I think these photos may be early 1980’s? The derelict buildings at Haughhead are pictured, to the north of Blantyreferme, just beyond the railway bridge.
The photo with the white van was taken from Blantyreferme Bing, after it had been reduced in height. Today, this field is now a small woodland, very different to that pictured.
