I was thrilled to discover that my Blantyre Project has a place now in Malawi, Africa!

It is thanks to the Simm family. Archie and especially Hugh Simm arranged for 2 copies my book, “Blantyre Project Volume 2” to be presented on 27th March 2019 to the head librarian at the library of The Society of Malawi, Historical and Scientific, located in Mandala House. This is a national monument built in Blantyre around 1882. Thank you to Hugh and his contact, Ms. Jo Thorp who is pictured here with the head librarian.

The presentation was by Jo Thorp of the Scottish Education Trust for Africa.
So Blantyre Project is now included in a national monument in Malawi! Just brilliant!
