Who can remember these steps? Situated at the bottom of Station Road, they lead up to the David Livingstone Centre, but were closed off to prevent access. This photo dates from 2000 and today there is a gate with black railings.
Looking back to 1903, this black and white picture shows children playing on the former gas lamppost at the bottom of these steps.
