Who remembers the round table Donkey Derby?!
From the 1980’s, in the field in front of Bardykes House (before the current homes were built), this picture looks across Bardykes Road with the derby in full swing in the foreground. Organised by the Round Table, these were popular fundraiser events at a time just prior to the Highland Games.
