I’ve been away on holiday, but you may not have noticed as I checked in often. I had a wonderful time with family (and extended family) in the Western Islands where the weather thankfully stayed dry and warm. Now back in Blantyre, I’m feeling relaxed and refreshed.
My holiday gave me loads of quiet time to write about Blantyre, mostly into the small hours every evening, all in the most beautiful and peaceful settings at our little holiday cottage. I immersed myself in quality Blantyre research and posts, which continue to be scheduled well into next year. Bliss for me, I have to say thats my kind of holiday! I can’t wait to share the articles with you, which I think you’ll find interesting and informative.
I’ve SO much more about Blantyre to explore and share with you all. Hope all Blantyre Project readers are enjoying the summer and found their own peaceful, holiday time.
Those pictures look idyllic, you deserve the holiday with the peace and calm of the Western Isles. Still hoping to have more news regarding ‘Croftfoot’ which was my Farther in laws family home, and where he arrived into this world.
Many thanks for all your postings.
