2015 Auchentibber Farm Entrance (PV) Jan.
Whilst out walking in January 2015, I stopped to take these couple of photos of Auchentibber Farm, on Auchentibber Road. A cold, windy day, I couldn’t help but think the farm looks a little run down and tired, a shame after it being renovated not such a long time ago. Photographing it on a grey, drab and dreary day probably didn’t help.
Built in the early 19th Century, the farm was once the property of Sir William Maxwell (Baronet) of Calderwood during the 1850s.
This building has such potential to be stunning. It has amazing view over he whole Valley and down into Blantyre itself.
