1940 Isabella Andrew Melville (later Cochrane)
Jim Cochrane shared this family photo added, “This is my Gran Isa Cochrane or Isabella Andrew Melville. This picture was taken in about 1940 before she was married. She worked as a bus conductress on Glasgow corporation buses or Clipie.
When she got married my grandfather and her lived for a while at 6 Watson place before moving into 8 Stonefield Place in about 1944 where she lived until her death in 1997. Her grandfather was Richard King one of the miners tragically killed at Auchenraith pit in 1930.”
