To celebrate the launch of the new Blantyre Project book – A Journey in Time Vol 2, and to celebrate enhancements made to Blantyre Project website (www.blantyreproject.com), I’m pleased to announce I’ve scheduled many, many amazing old photos and articles. In fact from 25th November 2014 for FIVE WHOLE WEEKS throughout the rest of November and December 2014, I’ll be posting THREE times a day with previously unseen photos!! Whilst new content is not a surprise (Blantyre Project never repeats articles on the website or facebook), this collection is very special, a combination of my own photos and some very special donations from friends, family (some close, some distant) and a few from other Blantyre history enthusiasts, with whom I have enjoyed spending many late night chats and emails these last few months.
These are already scheduled for daily posts both on the main website and Blantyre Project Facebook page. I’m extremely proud to be publishing the largest book written on Blantyre’s history, so this is my way to celebrate with you all. It’s Blantyre Project’s gift to a rapidly growing audience. I hope you’re all as excited to see them, as I am to show.
