1967 Winnie Ewing, SNP politican
This photo of Winnie Ewing, the pioneering SNP campaigner, was taken in 1967. Gifted as a present to the mother of Robert Stewart, it has now been shared here with Blantyre Project. Winnie campaigned throughout the late 1960s on behalf of the Scottish Nationalist Party and was a regular campaigner in Blantyre.
