” Ay, it’s a’ right for you talking, but whit a haunfu’ it is for us,” was how Blantyre miner Joseph Savage (29), Auchinraith Road, received congratulations on his wife giving birth to triplets —two boys and a girl. Born Lanarkshire Maternity Hospital, Bellshill, the children and their mother were noted as doing well.
