This postcard shows the BIG LINN, i.e the large waterfall high up the Rotten Calder not far from Calderwood Castle. Taken around 1910 or so, this postcard would have made a great buy for tourists visiting the castle. I filmed a video of this waterfall 5 years ago. Here:
