Hi Paul,

I was wondering if you had the original or a higher resolution version of the photo and newspaper article about Jimmy Young featured in the below article.

Jimmy Young & his Parrot

He's my great-grandfather, and my dad is actually named after him. I can make out that one of the lines says 'Mr Young was born in Blantyre XX years ago' but the image is too fuzzy to make out the number or anything else, and we're trying to get his birth/death details and find out more about that side of the family and this would be a big help.

If you have any information on this or can share a better quality copy of the picture it would be much appreciated.

Thanks, Lesley
