Don’t try this! I found this quite remarkable and had to share it here to Blantyre Project. A short video of professional climber Keira Murtagh scaling one of the 60 foot sandstone viaduct pillars at Greenhall, down the Calder, High Blantyre.
Keira is part of the professional Scottish Climbing Team but what makes this feat even more amazing, is…..that Keira is just 11 years old!
With Climbing proposed to be included as a future Olympic Sport, could Keira be Scotland’s next starlet? Please do not try this. Such skills are obtained under supervised control and with years of training. Feeling quite dizzy watching this.
