One from the family photo album. This is me in 1976, aged 5 and my sister Joanne playing outside High Blantyre Primary School.

Not too sure what we’re doing here as Hunthill Road is in the foreground and it always seemed to be busy, even then. I’d forgotten there was a back entrance to the school accessed from Hunthill Road back then and forgot how the building itself looked from that angle. Pictured are the P7 classes and the tall gymhall to the far left. Houses in the background are Watson Street.
