1931 Duncan Family at Beach (PV)
A family photo next from 1931. On the left is my grandfather John Duncan with his mother Maggie and two sisters Chrissie and Margaret.
Pictured also on this day trip to the beach, along with the Duncans is Mary Danskin, on the front, the girlfriend of John and later to become my grandmother.
John died in 1971 from a heart attack , just a few months after my birth. Mary, lived a long life until 1997.
