1910 The Marshall Children of Calderside, shared by J Cochrane
Jim Cochrane sent in this family photo. Pictured in 1910, Jim told me, “The Marshall Children Round about the time they may have moved to Calderside Farm. My grandfather John Marshall is Front Right his older brother Jimmy is standing behind him. His older sister Mary is Back Left and Younger Sister Jean Marshall Front Left. Jean Marshall later became Jean McCaskie, Alex and Jim McCaskies Mother.”
Jim continued, “my grandfather was born in 1905 at Brousterland farm East Kilbride,the old buildings on Brousterhill across from the Dollan baths.“
I have to say it’s amazing to have such wonderful old photos of family members, and so many of them too!
