Blantyre Project reader Mary Peat DeSarno lives in New Jersey USA. It’s always great to hear from people outside the UK that have connections to Blantyre. Mary emailed me in July 2014 saying “I lived in Blantyre from 1947 – 1952. We lived at 242a Glasgow Road with my gran, Sarah Peat. We lived next to the park. I remember it fondly.”
