I have found a record which I am not sure about... my Grandmother grew up as Agnes McKenna, born 1901, however on her birth certificate it says gather..  illegitimate... I searched the Scotish records and found the following in the sheriff court:

PURSUER Maggie McKenna (my Grandmother's mother's name was Margaret) Greenside Place, Stonefield, Blantyre

Defender: Frank Kenney, 14 Hill Street, Dixon Row, Blantyre 

Child's birthday 27 January 1901, which is the exact date of my Grandmother birth.

So how would I find out about this Frank Kenney who lived in Dixons row?
