First of all, thank you so much for doing this!

My grandpa's parents and siblings lived in Blantyre until just before he was born. They left for New York and he was born there shortly after they arrived.

Their family name was Carlin. His father was Hugh Carlin. I do not have a date of birth or other information.

His mother's maiden name was Elizabeth Lennon. I believe she was born 25 July 1896. Her parents names may have been Patrick and Sarah.

I believe that Hugh and Elizabeth were married on 17 October 1919 at St. Joseph's Chapel in Blantyre.

That's everything I've been able to find about his family with my rudimentary genealogical skills! Anything additional you can find would be greatly appreciated. My grandfather passed away last year and I'm sure my family would love to know more.
