My great grandfather was part of your family. He was a mason, and a cousin of Andrew Carnegie, who asked him to relocate to the US to build Carnegie libraries.

My grandmother, one of his three daughters, did not tell me anything about family history. Therefore, I have many questions. Can you give me the first name of the Aitkenhead who moved his family to the U.S.? Any insight into the family history would be of interest too.
