I must have just taken my little camera everywhere when I was younger! Here, in 1987 is the Blantyre High Common Room. A nice retreat for me and fellow senior pupils, in between classes and sometimes even when classes were on! It was a place of shared music and food and banter a plenty. One of the photos, you’ll see us even having a sneaky drink of vodka (which was taken on the last day for some of us in June 1987)
