This previously unseen postcard has been shared by Gordon Cook here on Blantyre Project. Taken in 1936 to celebrate the “new” World Fountain, you can see exactly how clean, shiny and new it is! Of course, this is the fountain at David Livingstone Centre, still very much the focal point of the gardens today.
