1920s Bothwell from Blantyre

I recently saw this photo online for the first time, shared here by Christine Wallace. Bothwell Castle viewed from a site near Blantyre Priory, where today the woods would be next to the playing fields.

The photo is from before 1926, as Bothwell House is in the background, which was demolished in 1926. Looking at the trees and by comparison to other photos of the era, I’d say this may be the early 1920s.
