I have found a record which I am not sure about... my Grandmother grew up as Agnes McKenna, born 1901, however on her birth certificate it says gather..  illegitimate... I searched the Scotish records and found the following in the sheriff court:

PURSUER Maggie McKenna (my Grandmother's mother's name was Margaret) Greenside Place, Stonefield, Blantyre

Defender: Frank Kenney, 14 Hill Street, Dixon Row, Blantyre 

Child's birthday 27 January 1901, this is the same date as my Grandmothers birthday, so this has to be her father.

How would I find I formation on him living in Dixons row? Do you have any information?
