My great grandmother, Alice McInally Taggart, born in Blantyre in 1886, married John Taggart, born in Ireland in 1883. John was killed on July 24, 1916 in a mining accident in Bothwell Castle Colliery Pit 1. John is buried in High Blantyre cemetery. Alice and John had a daughter, Alice, who was born in 1910, and died in 1911. I have been unable to find a birth or death certificate for baby Alice, and unable to find the location of her grave. She is not buried with her father. Would you be able to assist me with this? Thank you. Anne Mikolay-United States
