This great photo is of Spittal Farm in the 1920’s. A lot of children in this photo. Although outwith Blantyre Parish, this is close by enough to be of interest.
I was looking at the map to see if I could identify the burn and think it was taken here at the bend not far from Dalton, which means the buildings in the background are most likely Flemington.
