Looking back on a family Christmas. This time, I’m turning the clocks back to December 2005, a full 10 years ago. Pictured here is myself, and my three younger brother and sisters, Ivan, Joanne and Lorna. This was at Stonefield Crescent at our parents home, both of whom at the time were still living. We were all back home for a family Christmas dinner.

The photo is a fond memory for me, but has a moral for everybody else. For today is Christmas, and you’re blessed indeed, if you are fortunate enough to still have parents beside you today. Make every moment with family count. Nothing in this world is more important and those kind of moments, I promise you, will be dearly missed in future. Merry Christmas, all!
